About the event
This class will be beneficial for anyone wanting to move more efficiently in the shooting world, as well as the newer competition shooter or the competitive shooter who wants to shave a few seconds off their run times. This class is going to be a combination of teaching from Jeff Kranz, a USPSA Grand Master, and Sam Lim, a Frisco SWAT operator who is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Speed Agility Quickness Coach, as well as an instructor at In Extremis Performance. IEP is tactical athlete training for Law Enforcement, Military, and First Responders. Jeff has taken IEP classes in the past and realized the benefit of this type of training for his competition shooting. He has asked Sam to co-instruct this class in order to show how these movements around shooting could benefit not only the firearms enthusiast but also the competitive shooter.
